​Digital inclusion means empowering people through ICT and digital inclusion activities are designed to enhance access and use of ICT for the social and economic development of people with specific needs, including indigenous people, rural people and persons with disabilities, women, girls, youth and children.


​The League of Arab States, in cooperation with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), held the Third Arab Regional Conference on the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights under the title "The Impact of Occupation and Armed Conflict on Human Rights, Especially the Rights of Women and Children".
