Born in 1945 in Libya, Ambassador Bouhedma is holder of a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Mohammed V in Morocco, PhD in law from the University of Orleans in France.
He occupied several posts, notably second secretary mission of Libya to the United Nations, the first secretary of the Embassy of Libya in Paris, Assistant Chief of the Treaty Section of running treaties and Legal Affairs, he also served as director of the Office of Libyan Foreign Minister, and Plenipotentiary Minister in the Libyan Embassy in Paris, deputy representative of Libyan Permanent in the Arab League, secretary-general assistant & General Director of the Arab Fund for Technical Assistance to African countries , he also participated in numerous international and regional conferences.
