Ambassador Hussein Al-Hindawi, head of the League of Arab States' Mission to Monitor the Parliamentary Elections in the Arab Republic of Egypt, conducted a field visit on the first day of voting. During his visit, he inspected several polling stations and committees in Giza governorate to observe the electoral process. Meanwhile, mission teams were deployed across various constituencies in other governorates to monitor the voting procedures.
The mission teams observed the efforts made by polling station staff to ensure the smooth conduct of the voting process, as well as the security and logistical arrangements provided by the relevant authorities to enable voters to cast their ballots transparently and freely.
The League's observers were deployed across several electoral districts to monitor the voting process from its opening until its conclusion.
The League of Arab States' Mission is monitoring the elections during the first phase, held on 10 and 11 November and will continue to observe the second phase, scheduled for 24 and 25 November until the final results of the entire electoral process are announced.
