Specialized Arab Organizations and Arab funding institutions established under the umbrella of the League of Arab States represent the most important pillars of Joint Arab Action, the technical wings of the League and houses of Arab expertise that provide advice and expertise on various issues and economic, social, cultural and financial activities; they play a pivotal role in achieving Arab States' aspirations for cooperation and coordination in all areas of competence relating to Arab citizen and having direct impact on his standards of living and provide decent living for him.
